interested in a research assistant position or a postdoc position, we have
several positions available in our new project TRUSTex. If you know anyone
who might be interested in a postdoctoral research position or a research

*We’re Hiring: Join the EU Horizon TRUSTex Project Team*



Do you want to help transform the *fashion industry* into a fairer, more
sustainable system? Are you passionate about *circularity*, *worker
wellbeing*, *just transition* and making a real impact on global supply
chains?



The *TRUSTex Project*—funded under the European Union’s Horizon
programme—focuses on *just and fair circularity* in fashion supply chains
across the *EU and Africa*. We’re tackling critical challenges like:



·         Overproduction and textile waste

·         Circularity regulations and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)

·         Worker rights and socio-economic impacts



*We’re Hiring for Three Positions*:



*Postdoctoral Researcher (Position 1)*
*Focus:* Overproduction, circularity initiatives, and fashion supply chain
case studies.

·         Map circularity strategies, analyse brands and suppliers, and
conduct case studies with brands, suppliers, and workers.

·         Disseminate findings through academic research, media, and policy
recommendations.

*Postdoctoral Researcher (Position 2)*
*Focus:* Just transition, EPR regulations, circularity working conditions,
and pre-loved clothing markets.

·         Investigate EPR schemes and the global flow of pre-loved clothing
and textiles.

·         Conduct case studies across the *EU and Africa*, focusing on
working conditions and impacts of EPR legislation on collection, sorting,
reuse and upcycling of clothes and textiles.

*Research Assistant*
*Focus:* Project coordination, website management, and research support.

·         Assist with research, administration, finances, and reporting.
