On <strong>Wednesday, February 12, at 4:00pm</strong> Richard Rottenburg of the University of Halle will present a keynote lecture on <strong style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, 'Bitstream Vera Sans', sans-serif; line-height: 19.1875px;">“Travelling Technologies, Institutions, Critique”. </strong></p><p>
