Apologies for Cross-Posting

Dear colleagues and interested students,

We are happy to invite interested students (and researchers if place
permits) to the DHASA Summer School 2022 from 31 October 2022 to 3
November 2022. The summer school will take place before and alongside
the DH conference "Digital Humanities in Precarious Times" organized by
the North West University (NWU). DHASA is pleased to announce that
this summer school will be organized as an in-person event, taking
place at the Riverside Sun Hotel, Vanderbijlpark, South Africa.

More information, including a preliminary programme can be found at:
https://digitalhumanities.org.za/dhasa-summer-school-2022/

If you know any students who have an interest in Digital Humanities and
who wish to broaden their knowledge in DH tools and approaches, please
encourage them to register. Registration costs are only R500 per
person for the entire summer school. Registration for the summer
school should be done using the following form:

DHASA, with financial support from the National Institute for the
Humanities and Social Sciences, offers a limited number of travel
stipends for the summer school. Travel stipends can be awarded to
students (or if funding allows, researchers) affiliated with a South
African university or higher education institution. The deadline for
applying for the travel stipend is 16 October 2022. Application for
the travel stipend can be done using the following form:
